What is Shopindy?+

Shopindy is an all-in-one commerce platform built for Indonesian MSMEs. You can create an online store, manage products, accept local payments, and manage orders in one place.

Do I need technical skills to start?+

No. Shopindy is designed so anyone can open a store in minutes. No code, no hosting, everything is handled.

How long does store setup take?+

Most merchants go live within 5-15 minutes after signing up. Our onboarding team can help if you need extra guidance.

Which payment methods are supported?+

QRIS, bank transfers from major banks, e-wallets like GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, credit/debit cards, and virtual accounts.

What transaction fees are charged?+

Transaction fees follow local payment gateway rates, usually 0.7% for QRIS and 2.9% for credit cards. Shopindy does not add extra fees.

When are funds settled to my account?+

Funds are settled automatically to your account based on the payment gateway schedule, usually within one to two business days.

Does Shopindy integrate with couriers?+

Yes. We integrate directly with JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, Pos Indonesia, and instant couriers such as GoSend and GrabExpress.

How is shipping calculated?+

Shipping is calculated automatically from the store origin, customer destination, and product weight, using official courier rates.

Can I use my own courier?+

Yes. You can add manual shipping options or your preferred local courier in settings.

Can I customize my store design?+

Yes. Choose from our theme collection, then customize colors, logo, banners, and layout without code. For advanced customization, themes support custom CSS.

Can I use my own domain?+

Yes. You can connect a custom domain such as .com or .id on the Intro and Standard plans.

Will my store be mobile-friendly?+

All Shopindy themes are responsive and optimized for mobile-first customers in Indonesia.

Akun & Billing

How do I pay for my subscription?+

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet, or virtual account. Prepay plans include discounts up to 25%.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can stop your subscription anytime from the billing page.

Are refunds available?+

For prepaid billing, we provide pro-rated refunds based on the remaining subscription period.

Can Shopindy connect to marketplaces?+

Yes. Stock and order sync integrations are available for Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.

Is there an API for developers?+

A public REST API is available on the Standard plan for custom integrations with your ERP, CRM, or internal systems.
